My Journey
It really began in the 1990s, during my university years in the United States, where my passion for wellness and understanding the mind-body connection first took root. Yet, the answers I sought remained elusive, and my path soon led me to Hollywood. Amidst the high life, I lost my connection to my soul, entering a period I now refer to as the 'dark night of the soul.'
In the depths of an identity crisis, I returned to Finland and embarked on a transformative spiritual journey. This journey took me to meditation courses, yoga, and Pranic Healing, where I learned about the power of energy. My path then led me to explore my creativity, founding a sustainable fashion brand that aligned with my vision.
Now, my journey has come full circle, bringing me back to the world of wellness with a deeper focus on consciousness. My interest in quantum physics and consciousness, along with my training in NLP, DISC, Pranic Healing, Reiki and HeartMath® coaching, have guided me to this moment—a place where science and spirituality intertwine.
I hope to offer you profound moments of insight and guide you in discovering the inner strength that nurtures your well-being and happiness. The MIAM METHOD beautifully integrates the HeartMath® technique, the wisdom of essential oils, and the nourishment of ionized water.
